The OPW 104AOW Series Monitoring/Observation Well Manhole is designed to be installed at grade level over a slotted PVC monitoring well where limited access and clear identification are essential. A heavily ribbed cast iron cover and body ring ensure maximum load bearing capacity. Ring gasket prevents surface water contamination.

• DO NOT FILL Graphic Warning Statement is permanently cast into cover with black equilateral triangle inset into a white painted background in accordance with API Recommended Practices 1615.
• Secure cover with two recessed, self-aligning stainless steel bolts and O-rings to secure cover to the body ring.
